Located in a very quiet and peaceful area 400 m from the beaches and giving access to the GR 34. 📍10 min from Lannion, 20 min from the famous pink granite coast and 30 min from Morlaix. The house is designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 people. Kid friendly (beach games, ping pong table, shuffleboard and several bikes. We are looking forward to welcoming you! The space 🏠 A fitted and equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker and Nespresso). A living-dining room with TV and internet access (Wi-Fi). A bedroom with a queen size bed 160 x 200 cm A bathroom with a walk-in shower. Separate toilet Upstairs: 🛌 A sea view bedroom with closet, a queen size bed 160 x 200 (sea rush on the floor). A mezzanine with a sofa bed (possibility to sleep 2 people 140 x 190 cm). A children's area, sea view bedroom with 2 90 x 190 cm single beds and a bunk bed for 3 people. A bathroom (shower) with toilet🛁 The house also includes a basement with washing machine, ping pong table for rainy days and a wooded garden Large south-facing terrace located in front of the house with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and Weber-type charcoal barbecue. Guest access You will have access to the whole house as well as the garden.🏡🪴 Ability to park 2-3 vehicles on premises The house has stairs (outside and inside). Please let us know if there are any changes to the number of guests. Thank you. Kid friendly house with many games and toys available (board games, children's toys, ping pong table in the basement, Breton puck and many sand games etc...)🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒🧩🎳🎲 🛌 Bed linen included for stays of + 7 nights, the beds will be made upon your arrival and the towels placed on each bed. We don't provide beach towels. For short stays: (-7 nights): Bed linen and towels not included, option on request: bed linen €10 per bed and €5 per person for towels 👶 Baby equipment available free of charge on request: 1 IKEA high chair, a travel crib and a changing mat. Please let us know before your arrival. You will be provided for all stays: bath mats, 2 dish towels, a few dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid and garbage bags.
