Villa "Romance"

Revive your romantic side on the property "Romance". Two houses made out of stone, wood and a lot of our love and dedication. The small houses are surrounded by olive trees and stone wall on 3000m2. Suitable for couples and families with children. The space The house consists of 2 separated parts. The centre of the first house is a big custom made kitchen made by the host Mladen who is a professional carpenter and who brought the finest wood from Croatian province Slavonija. In the same biggest room there is a couch which can be an extra bed for two people, and a dining table. In the second part of the house there are 2 bedrooms with big windows that gives the beautiful view of the pool. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be connected and make a queen size bed. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and one of them is equipped with a washing machine. The property is surrounded with the traditional stone wall called "suhozid" and is very spacious and it is completely fenced and safe for children. Despite it is situated near the road it is very calm, especially during the night. The house is supplied with energy from the nature. Power is produced through solar cells on the roof of the house and the water is collected from the rain and from the underground river. Guest access On the property there is a big pool (10x3,30m) and a small wooden pool. There is a garden with seasonal vegetables grown ecologically and guests can use them free of charge. There is a barbecue or peka space which you can use free of charge. There is a possibility of preparing home made meals (meat with potatoes under "peka", homemade bread under "peka" etc.) by the hosts on a tradicional way for an extra fee. Mirjana is a professional chef who spent her childhood and youth in this area so her meals are always excellent and completely authentic. Other things to note There are also two brand new bicycles for you to use how much you want if you are an active guest. The area is very popular and perfect for cycling.
