Quiet house with garden, close to all amenities (pharmacy, daily market, bakery (less than 5 min walk), Arcachon by bike path about 15 - 20 min by bike). The interior consists of a kitchen, living room, shower room and separate toilet. 3 bedrooms (2 of 12 m² with 160 cm bed and 1 of 9 m² with 140 cm bed).
