In the heart of Chambéry city center, 5-minute walk to the train station. 74 m2 apartment for 6 people, bright, dual-aspect and very quiet. 2 bedrooms, a living room (with sofa bed)/dining room/open kitchen. Bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet, 2 balconies and large entrance. Closed bike storage and garage possibility 150 m from the apartment included in the price The apartment is on the first floor without elevator access. The space The apartment is in a very good location, very close to the historic and pedestrian center (200 m), while being very quiet (the 2 bedrooms overlook an inner courtyard). It is bright, spacious and warm allowing travelers to feel good, "like at home". Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment; some cupboards are reserved for storage of the owner's belongings who lives in this non-rented accommodation. Other things to note I don't ask for cleaning fees, but I recommend leaving the premises as clean as they were on arrival. Babies and small children are welcome, but I ask parents to bring the equipment (changing table, small bed etc.) The apartment is classified 3 stars in furnished tourist accommodation by Gîtes de France
