This is a professionally managed resort (Wyndham) featuring 2 bd and 2 bathrooms with either 3 or 4 beds. Lots of cool amenities including BBQ grills, pools, hot tubs, gym, game room and a spa on site! The space Thanks for considering my listing! As indicated above, it is required that you "contact host" before attempting to book this listing. I ask guests to do this for 2 reasons: 1) to make sure we confirm availability BEFORE you get excited and think your search is over and you've secured a place and 2) to make sure the listing is right for you and that I answer any/all questions so that you are not surprised during your stay by any pesky details. It is worth repeating since Airbnb doesn't make this crystal clear… Your booking is NOT CONFIRMED until I confirm it! And I never confirm blindly without asking you a few questions first so please do NOT request without contacting me first. Misc Pointers: - This is a timeshare resort and NOT my condo. I am an owner and you would be my guest! This means there's a high probability that you will be invited to a timeshare presentation. Attending is NOT REQUIRED (nor recommended!), but it's important you know this up front so you are prepared with your firm "NO" :) - The WiFi is NOT free (see below for the fees they charge) - Images in this listing are stock images and, as such, are EXAMPLES and will vary. - I cannot guarantee a specific unit, view or building as units are assigned by the front desk staff at check-in, but I can guarantee the unit type you will be getting which means you will NOT be surprised at check-in to learn your unit is not what you booked. - At least 1 person must be 21 or older and this is the name we will use for the reservation. I cannot change the name on the reservation. - The resort will ask for an ID and credit card (just like hotels do); please provide me with your name EXACTLY as appears on your ID to ensure a smooth check-in process - The resort will put a $250 hold on your credit card for incidentals. This is refunded to you upon checkout (provided no items are missing or damaged, same as a hotel) - I am not physically available onsite to help you should you encounter any issues, but the resort staff definitely can! Bedrooms, Beds & Bathrooms: Beds in the unit: Bedroom 1 = ONE king bed Bedroom 2 = EITHER ONE queen bed OR TWO twin beds (let me know if you have a preference and I'll let you know if it's available or how we can make it work!) Living Room = ONE queen murphy bed (note that there is also a couch to sit on but it is not a sleeper) Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is inside bedroom 1 Bathroom 2 is in the hallway What to Bring (included vs not included in your rental): - All units have shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, extra sheets, blankets, pillows, etc (the stuff you definitely need and expect!) - While units have salt & pepper and sometimes a few individually wrapped spices (based on resort availability), you will need to bring your own oil and spices if you are preparing meals ** If there's a specific appliance or amenity you are not sure is included, please message me to confirm it's availability and working order ** Amenities: This resort offers cool amenities including, but not limited to… - MULTIPLE heated pools on site! (8am-10pm, no lifeguard on duty, please follow pool rules!) - MULTIPLE hot tubs on site! - BBQ grill (private in your unit balcony/patio) AND in common areas near the pool - Game room with free and paid games - Gym/exercise room - Pool tables - Volleyball & Basketball court - Board games to borrow - Movie rentals (additional charge) - Children's outdoor playground - Picnic area - There's even a Day Spa (Renew Day Spa) on site (reservations required, this is not included in your stay) Pets: Pets are NOT ALLOWED. This is not my policy, it is the resort's. If you have a service animal, you must notify me in writing BEFORE booking so I can let the resort know so they are prepared for you. Smoking: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the resort except for designated areas. Smoking is also NOT ALLOWED in your unit, not even the balcony! Failure to adhere by this rule will result in hefty charges! Wifi: WIFI IS AVAILABLE FOR A FEE IN UNIT. The daily fee for WiFi as of 2025 is $9.95 for 3 devices (yikes!) or $14.95 for 6 devices. You DON'T have to purchase this (it is OPTIONAL!) and if you do get it, you don't need to get it for all days. Parking: Parking --> FREE on site but if you have a non standard vehicle (ie an RV or other large vehicle), please ask before booking. ** Note that while parking is free it is not guaranteed to be close to your unit ** Check-in/Check-out times: Check-in time is 4pm - infinity! Basically you can arrive literally at any time 4pm or later. Arriving after 9pm? Let me know so we can give the resort a heads up. Check-out time is 11am; if you leave earlier that is fine too! Can I check in early? The answer is MAYBE. The resort sometimes does and sometimes not. This process is outside of my control. They will hold your luggage for you if you arrive early and want to drop it off before exploring the area! Can I check out late? The answer is PROBABLY NOT. They sometimes allow folks to check in 30 or 60 minutes past 11am, but this is not guaranteed and is rare. Guest access Are you booking with a specific amenity in mind? Please ask me BEFORE booking so that I can confirm it is in working order! You will have access to all of the amenities listed above unless one is not in working order (please ask BEFORE booking if there's a must have amenity).
