Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire space, including the pool and hot tub area. The suite is best suited for quiet stays with registered guests only. Whether you’re visiting for business, medical appointments, or a relaxing getaway, this private guest suite is designed for comfort and convenience. Located in the heart of Temple’s Historic District, you’ll enjoy scenic walks past beautifully restored homes along North 9th, 11th, and 13th streets. Downtown dining, breweries, shops, and the Amtrak station are just minutes away. Magnolia Market at the Silos is approximately 30 minutes away, and Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and the VA Hospital are only a short drive. The suite is completely private and separate from the main house. We live onsite and are available if needed, while fully respecting your privacy. Please note: The apartment is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. ✨ Outdoor Experience Guests enjoy exclusive access to the private backyard oasis, including the pool area and comfortable loungers for relaxing with a book or unwinding by the water. Pool hours are 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily. The gas-heated hot tub is pre-warmed nightly from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM, creating a relaxing, spa-like evening atmosphere with soft lighting and gentle jets. If you’d like the hot tub heated at a different time during pool hours, simply send us a quick message — we’re happy to accommodate. The barbecue grill is available for guest use, with charcoal and lighter fluid provided. An outdoor restroom and electrical outlet are conveniently located poolside for added comfort and convenience. As this is an outdoor setting in Texas, weather and occasional seasonal insects may influence the experience. The pool and hot tub are for guest use at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty, and guests are responsible for their own safety while using the pool and surrounding areas. Please use caution, as surfaces may be wet. Guest access Guests have full private access to the guest suite, including the kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer. You’ll also enjoy exclusive access to the backyard pool and hot tub area during designated hours. Private covered parking is available under the carport, with space for two vehicles parked tandem-style. Other things to note • Our pet dogs live on the property but are kept separate from guest areas. • The home is located near Temple High School and sounds from games or events may occasionally be heard. • This is a residential neighborhood near railroad tracks, so occasional everyday sounds such as passing trains, neighborhood dogs, or children playing may be heard. Disposable earplugs are provided in bedroom nightstand for your comfort. • Reservations are subject to Airbnb’s cancellation policy. For long-term stays (28+ nights), Airbnb’s long-term cancellation policy applies. • Weather conditions, personal travel changes, contract adjustments, or early departures do not qualify for refunds outside of Airbnb’s policy.
