The space Our fully equipped villa of 150m2 (80m2 on the top floor and 70m2 on the ground floor) with independent access to each floor (Ability to be rented independently of each floor). Located on 2,5 acres of land which gives the advantage of independence from neighbors and tranquility. Located at 800m from "Karidi" beach and 300m from "Fava" beach (5 minutes walking distance). Both beaches are sundy with exceptional nature (pine), from the most beautiful beaches of Halkidiki. The settlement has its own provate roads to roads with pine trees and a very beautiful orthodox church. A further advantage is the safety as it has guards (security). BOATING: From the beach "Karidi" you can rent a small motor boat for a day trip to the cluster of islands of Vourvourou with the tropical waters (Diaporos, blue waters, etc.). A variety of watersports (water-bikes, sea-scooters, canoes, kayaks) are also available. CRUISING to MOUNT ATHOS: Go to Ormos Panagias, and take a boat cruise (9am daily, 01April-31October) to view its many monasteries, and also visit Ammouliani island. HORSE RIDING : 10km direction Ormos Panagias, IPPOLITI is an ideal area of 20 acres, surrounded by forest in a Nature 2000 protected area, to play, have a snack and have lessons of horseriding or just a recreational riding for even inexperienced rider and young children. Other things to note At disposal of guests are 2 canoes. You can reach Sithonia Halkidiki from Thessaloniki Airport (SKG) either via bus or taxi or car. If you do not come with your own car would be a good idea to rent. Buses depart from the Bus Station (KTEL) of Halkidiki 3 times daily while the ride from Thessaloniki to Vourvourou is 2 hours and 20 minutes covering a distance of 110 km. Our guests are kindly requested to avoid smoking inside the house (in consideration of future visitors). We hope that our guests will feel at home and treat our house as it was their own (no rubbish left in the garden, electricity switched off when not in use, special caution for fire hazards because this is a serious problem during summer time in Greece) This villa holds happy memories of our summer holidays as well as special family times and we hope our guests will feel this love and respect it.
