Relax on the balcony and soak in the stunning views of Smith Mountain Lake or hit the water for extra fun. Bring your family and friends and enjoy some Lake Time! The space With over 1,000 square foot space, this condo is perfect for up to 6 guests. This condo is located in the first building on the fourth floor - Mariners Landing - The Pointe. It has an open layout to make you feel more at home. There is a queen bed in each bedroom with each having a private bathroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also a half bath between the kitchen and living room. The master bathroom offers a tub/shower, stand up shower, his and her sinks, and a walk in closet. This space is great for visiting for a couple nights or a couple weeks! Hang out in the fully equipped kitchen and cook your very favorite meals, soak in the lake and mountain view from the master bedroom, living room, and balcony! All linens are included in rental. We suggest bringing extra beach towels so you do not have to cut into bathing towels, however, there is a washer and dryer - please note detergent not included. You will never want to leave! Guest access All guests have access to all of the amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court (equipment not included), playground, game room, walking trails, private beach, etc. There is also an 18-hole golf course on site; clubs not rented, contact Mariners Landing Golf Course for more pricing and tee times. There are also a boat launch and complimentary floater docks during the day time. Please let us know if you will be keeping a watercraft in the water overnight so we can provide you with proper tags at the front desk along with taking payment for slip rental. Other things to note There are highways nearby and mile markers on the lake to get you to nearby restaurants, gift shops, and sight seeing. We have boat rentals on site through Mariners Landing Boat Rentals (a branch of Bridgewater Marina). We have a restaurant on site, Heath's Waterfront Grill, that is open Wednesday-Friday 5PM-10PM, Saturday 11AM-11PM, Sunday 11AM-8PM (OPEN APRIL-OCTOBER). Please note that the closest full grocery store (Food Lion) is 10-12 minutes away and a convenience store with a deli about 3 minutes away. When our restaurant is not open or for different style restaurants, the Westlake area has the majority of the lake's restaurants and activities that is about 20 minutes away.
