Our cosy garden flat is situated in the beautiful coastal location of Babbacombe. The South Devon Coast Path is accessed at the end of road enabling you to enjoy many coves, beaches, pubs and resturaunts in easy walking distance. Babbacombe Downs itself is spoiled with magnificent vistas that reach out to the Jurassic coastline and eateries within a short stroll. For weekday workers or pleasure, we are the perfect location to relax and explore Torbay's countless attractions . The space The flat is thoughtfully designed to provide you with both comfort and a unique feeling of a 'home away from home' get away. Your driveway parking, private entrance, indoor and outdoor space gives you the freedom to relax and enjoy your visit. Guest access Our guests access the garden flat through their own entrance via the side of the main building. The flat entrance is adjacent to a patio that is allocated to the flat, the patio has its own seating and dining area in our private garden. Other things to note During the Covid-19 realise all our pubs and Resturants will be closed, only take-away food is available via collection or delivery to the home address. We will put together a list of place available to order from to make stay stress free. A BBQ can be made available to you if you wish to do any outside cooking. Please give us advance heads up. We offer a welcome starter breakfast. Milk and bread with butter and jam portions. Some cereal too. Tea and coffee with sugar too. Please let us know if your wish something special in your flat on arrival and we will prepare that special surprise for you. Whether it is a bottle of bubbly and fine wine chilling, box of chocolates or beautiful bouquet of flowers. This can be arranged in advance before you arrive.
