The space The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge (with freezer compartment), cooking utensils, and dishes. Two double beds with 180 x 200 are available for sleeping. The terrace has an area of about 15 m² which can be extended by the completely openable folding sliding door to the living room extension. Heating is provided via infrared heaters which are installed in walls and floors and create a pleasant indoor climate even in the cold season. Should it nevertheless become too cold, a Swedish stove on the first floor can be heated for additional cozy warmth. Guest access The garden is only accessible from the terrace via a spiral staircase and is closed on the other side with different shrubs. To the south, the property is bordered by the water surface of Lake Faak, which may be used at any time on its own land. Depending on the season, the ripe fruits of the garden can be picked for self-consumption. Other things to note Since I do not have a winter service, the driveway and parking lot (approx. 50 m²) must be cleared in winter and when it snows. Snow shovels and de-icing salt are available.
