Wi-Fi very fast4G,5G. Easy access: 20'from Athens Airport (Venizelos), 30' from the center of Athens, 40'from Piraeus. We responsibly follow the Health and Safety rules. The space 5.0★ Autonomous space (35.5m2) with independent entrance to a detached house of high aesthetics . Modern furniture, with a fully equipped kitchen, in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Maroussi. The apartment will make you feel at home with the fullness of quality equipment, the carefully decorated warm corners and the well-designed visible or hidden lighting (with LEDs) emphasizing the elegant details. A few fine books will help you enjoy your stay in our quiet and green area. Absolute sense of tranquility on the two (2) large balconies of the apartment( where there are 2 armchairs , 2 chairs and 2 tables) with the nice view (in the green area of the pedestrian or the garden ) or in the living room reading or watching TV . You will enjoy your sleeping hours in the king size bed with the selected premium mattress. In the living room : A three-seater comfortable sofa with a lower mechanism that can be used as an extra double bed or two singles for the 3rd or 4th guest . Wooden table / desk with two (2) variable height stools and one desk chair will help you enjoy resting your work hours on your computer. On the fireplace that is decorative ( not in use) is an LG smart HD TV 32'' Netflix with a password of the guest . In the large clothes closet, in the drawers below the table/desk and in the kitchen drawers you will find free storage spaces even for a long stay . There is the possibility to use the washing machine inside the apartment. The arranged awnings give the necessary shade and create an additional Prive outdoor space on the pedestrian balcony. The studio has : Y high speed Internet with Wifi ( 4G and 5G mode) as well as Ethernet usage (there is a UTP connection cable for all the apartment space) for speed up to 100 Mbps. There is a monoxide detector and a fire detector, a Candy 149L A+ built-in refrigerator, a Candy 7 kg A+++ washing machine, Teka stoves, a BOSCH HBA513BS00 oven, a Kenwood 23GSS11E Inox microwave oven with grill, a Krups Nespresso type XN 100 coffee machine, a toaster, a juicer, a kettle, an electric coffee maker, an iron, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, a safety light, utensils (pots, pans, etc.) and kitchenware such as knives, spoons, forks, glasses, etc. Thanks to the excellent insulation on its walls, the good orientation of the space (east meridian) , the energy glass and the thermal break in aluminum the house is able to maintain low temperatures in the summer and be warm in the winter. For heating in winter and cooling in summer and warm months, a usage control is available to guests for the apartment's Aircodition Inverter Fujitsu 12000 Btu A+ unit. In addition, for heating with a radiator (oil) there is an additional sensor/thermostat for automatic activation for the winter and cold months (from November 1st to April 30th). Two (2 ) high-capacity solar, triple energy , are installed on the roof of the detached house for continuous hot water 24 hours a day , in winter and summer. For the separate entrance of the apartment guests will climb (with support handrail) seven (7) steps from the garden. Not suitable - you are not recommended to guests using a buggy and those who have difficulty in mobility needs. Easy and free parking : In the shared parking lot of the pedestrian street (which is next to the studio) or on the street . Easy access to all means of transport if you do not have a car: The stop for 2 bus lines is about 100 m away and the taxi station is about 300 m away. The place is definitely suitable for a small number of families , couples , business travelers, and lonely guests seeking discretion in a comfortable, clean ,safe and quiet apartment in a neighborhood within the city. The apartment will function as a homebase for all the reasons you chose your trip, to pleasantly explore our wider area and the very interesting culturally city of Athens. For your easier arrival by car via Attiki Odos, use the nearest exit from us, No12 Penteli Avenue. Easy use of transportation (Buses, Suburban Railway, 6 minutes by car from Metro). Easy access to Eleftherios Venizelos Airport - Horeca Metropolitan EXPO (20 minutes by car from Attiki Odos) by Metro, Bus and Suburban Railway. The center of Athens is about 30 minutes away. It is close to Sismanoglio Hospital (300 m), DAISS-DOUKA Schools (about 800 m), Metropolitan College (Mediterranian College) IEK AKMH (1.2 Km), MANIOS Amarousiou swimming pool - tennis courts (about 650 m), and Padel Place Marousi courts (about 500 m) It is close to the largest hospitals: Iaso, Mitera, Hygeia, IVF Clinics, Athens Medical Center (Pediatric-GAIA Maternity), KAT Hospital, Amalia Fleming, IVF SERUM. It is close to banks, bakery, supermarket, coffee shop, food and entertainment. Near the house there are many good options for hiking and sports activities. . Other things to note We responsibly adhere to the Health and Safety rules for all our guests as in the past. The bedding is always disinfected and cleaned with Dettol, bleach and detergent in the washing machine at a temperature above 60 °C. After guests check out: 1) All used utensils are washed in a dishwasher at a temperature above 70 °C. 2) The space is ventilated for many hours, disinfected with a UV-C device and cleaned with a steam cleaner, Dettol and chlorine. The neighborhood is safe and family-oriented. In the neighborhood you will find the Supermarket, the Oven, the Natural History Museum, food, coffee and selective entertainment.
