The apartment will make you feel at home with the fullness of quality equipment, the carefully decorated warm corners and the well-designed visible or hidden lighting (with LEDs) emphasizing the elegant details. A few fine books will help you enjoy your stay in our quiet and green area. Absolute sense of tranquility on the two (2) large balconies of the apartment( where there are 2 armchairs , 2 chairs and 2 tables) with the nice view (in the green area of the pedestrian or the garden ) or in the living room reading or watching TV . You will enjoy your sleeping hours in the king size bed with the selected premium mattress. In the living room : A three-seater comfortable sofa with a lower mechanism that can be used as an extra double bed or two singles for the 3rd or 4th guest . Wooden table / desk with two (2) variable height stools and one desk chair will help you enjoy resting your work hours on your computer. On the fireplace that is decorative ( not in use) is an LG smart HD TV 32'' Netflix with a password of the guest . In the large clothes closet, in the drawers below the table/desk and in the kitchen drawers you will find free storage spaces even for a long stay . There is the possibility to use the washing machine inside the apartment. The arranged awnings give the necessary shade and create an additional Prive outdoor space on the pedestrian balcony. The studio has : Y high speed Internet with Wifi ( 4G and 5G mode) as well as Ethernet usage (there is a UTP connection cable for all the apartment space) for speed up to 100 Mbps. There is a monoxide detector and a fire detector, a Candy 149L A+ built-in refrigerator, a Candy 7 kg A+++ washing machine, Teka stoves, a BOSCH HBA513BS00 oven, a Kenwood 23GSS11E Inox microwave oven with grill, a Krups Nespresso type XN 100 coffee machine, a toaster, a juicer, a kettle, an electric coffee maker, an iron, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, a safety light, utensils (pots, pans, etc.) and kitchenware such as knives, spoons, forks, glasses, etc. Thanks to the excellent insulation on its walls, the good orientation of the space (east meridian) , the energy glass and the thermal break in aluminum the house is able to maintain low temperatures in the summer and be warm in the winter. For heating in winter and cooling in summer and warm months, a usage control is available to guests for the apartment's Aircodition Inverter Fujitsu 12000 Btu A+ unit. In addition, for heating with a radiator (oil) there is an additional sensor/thermostat for automatic activation for the winter and cold months (from November 1st to April 30th). Two (2 ) high-capacity solar, triple energy , are installed on the roof of the detached house for continuous hot water 24 hours a day , in winter and summer. Easy access to all means of transport if you do not have a car: The stop for 2 bus lines is about 100 m away and the taxi station is about 300 m away. Other things to note We respect responsibly as in the past the Hygiene and Safety rules for all of our guests. A certified company performs preventive pest control and disinfection of the apartment every six (6) months, both indoors and in the courtyard and common areas. The company's certificate for pest control - disinfection is available in the apartment's useful instructions folder. Clothing always disinfect and clean with Dettol , bleach and detergent in the washing machine above 60 °C . After the guests check out: 1) All used dishes are washed in a dishwasher at a temperature higher than 70°C. 2) The space for many hours is ventilated , with a UV-C device you disinfect and clean with a steam cleaner , Dettol, and bleach. The neighborhood is safe and family-oriented. In the neighborhood, you will find the supermarket, the bakery, the Natural History Museum, food, coffee, and a variety of entertainment options.
