It’s a completely new built open space with an open kitchen, a wooden floor and built in closets. I am living here since 6 years now. The Gleisdreieck Park is very present in observing park life. The combintion of living in the very center of Berlin, right next to Potsdamer Platz, and same time having a view into greenery, is seldom in Berlin. The space The house was built in 2015 and is situated within the completely new built neighborhood by Gleisdreieck Park. Since everything is newly built, energy, comfort and acoustic standards are very high and enable an absolutely comfortable stay. You can sublet a modern and bright apartment. While staying here, you will have it to yourself. It comes with a completely equipped kitchen. There is an open bathroom with a bath tub. It also includes a washing machine, as well as a separate guest bathroom. Please be careful when using the water, the water out of the mixer tap or the shower head can be very hot depending on your adjustment. There is plenty of room for all your clothes, etc. in the ceiling high built-in closets. The balcony faces the well-known and newly built Gleisdreieck Park in first row.
