The apartment is at the third floor (no elevator) features two spacious bedrooms with real, large-size beds (one double bed and one queen bed). There are no pullouts or sofa beds. Each bedroom offers ample closet space, a dedicated desk, task and overhead lighting, and comfortable seating. Ceiling fans provide cool summer sleeping, complemented by excellent cross ventilation throughout the apartment. The fully equipped modern kitchen features terrazzo countertops and backsplash, a new induction cooktop, new convection oven, exterior-vented range hood, microwave, new refrigerator/freezer, washer-dryer and automatic dishwasher. It is stocked with all everyday essentials, including a coffee press, kettle, bean grinder, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses, flatware, knives, utensils, spices, soaps and detergents. The spacious living and dining area offers high-quality leather and fabric furniture, well-designed lighting and a large dining table that comfortably seats six. The spa-style bathroom includes a generous soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sinks with a large mirror, ample vanity storage, a hair dryer and a heated towel rack.
