We list openings not already booked on our in-house site here and in other booking portals that resell available nights at a higher rate to cover the surcharges and booking fees this site charges us, which will be reflected in the total price you see. Also, unfortunately, Airbnb specifically does not handle required local tax well, so rates to start with are more than ten percent higher to pay for our local municipality`s lodging tax in addition to the Airbnb surcharges applied to that tax.
