Victoria Quays Apartments, Fleetwood VQ1 (GF)

Victoria Quays on Wyre was originally built in 1836, when Fleetwood was first conceived by Sir Peter Hesketh-Fleetwood and architect Decimus Burton. This beautiful property is Grade II listed and previously known as the Victoria Public Hotel was the oldest pub in Fleetwood until it served its last orders in 2010. Now we are delighted to have the opportunity of renovating this beautiful property, welcoming guests and we will have 10 beautiful, quality, luxurious apartments available in time. The space VQ Apartment 1 is situated on the ground floor level, which a slight step into the front door in to our spacious hallway and direct access to the apartment. This is a beautiful appointed and comfortable self-contained apartment, which offers a main double bedded room with a shower ensuite, a twin bedded rooms and a separate family bathroom includes a bath with handheld shower. There is a slight step to gain access into the bathroom and the ensuite shower has a raised step. The living area is open plan to include a sofa, Smart TV (for viewing streamed App TV), dining table and kitchen/diner. We hope to provide you with a home-from-home experience during your stay. Your professionally trained hosts will meet and greet you upon arrival and are available to assist with any queries and recommendations for during your visit. Some free parking is available at the front of the property or alternatively there is a very reasonably priced long stay car park just around the corner. Guest access From entering the building from the front door, you enter into a beautiful black and white chequered tiled hallway and find the stairs to lead you up to the first floor, where you will find your apartment. On the ground floor level, you have access to the secure, cobbled courtyard at the rear of the building, where you can enjoy the space with garden furniture available. Other things to note Fleetwood is an interesting Victorian town, once a major fishing port with railway links in its heyday! Now has many places of interest near and far and if you would like to travel into Blackpool, our tramway is only a 3-minute walk to the nearest tram stops. We are just around the corner from the infamous and very popular Fleetwood Market. A short walk to the iconic Mount Pavilion, Marine Hal and its gardens with a wonderful promenade and views across the Morecambe Bay to the South Lakes. If travelling with your dog, your hosts can recommend some wonderful walks along the beach and surrounding areas.
