This 2 bedroom - 1 bath - loft style apartment with a mid century modern aesthetic can sleep up to 4 guests and is a short 5 minute drive to both downtown Champaign and University of Illinois making it an ideal location for your next visit to Champaign. The Loft is an upper level suite in a 100 year old Victorian-style home that has been converted into a duplex. This upstairs loft features triple bunk beds, as well as a king bedroom suite, and smart TV. You will enter the home by going up the front porch stairs and entering through the front door and going up the stair case to the right. The private apartment entrance will be at the top of the staircase. This home includes: -Two Bedrooms (one king bed & three twin beds) -1 bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub and shower head attachment. -Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer -Living room with dining table and seating The entryway once you walk in the house has a staircase to the right leading up to The Loft. This entire private suite is at your disposal and available for use. The back/side yard is available for use as is the front porch and is a shared area for all guests. The laundry area is also at your disposal. You are welcome to use the environmentally friendly detergent available. The lower apartment is a separately rented suite and not accessible to The Loft Guests. I am available via the Airbnb app or by phone & can be on sight or send a trusted hand over should you need any assistance during your stay.
