Directly on the lake and in the forest reserve, nice shallow sandy beach. 1 mile from Lyon mountain hiking trail, 30 minutes from Platsbugh, 40 minutes from Lake Placid. Canoe and kayak (kayak on site), 40 minutes from Titus mountain ski resort and direct access to quad and snowmobile trail. The space The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room and living room on a open concept. A closed bedroom and the bathroom. On the second floor we find the sleep area loft version. Other things to note During high season ( june/july/august ) only rentable per week (Sunday 15h00 to Sunday 10h00).
