Seaside City break - triple room

Our bungalow is 2 minutes walk from Portobello beach and only 7 minutes by train from the city centre.We offer a double room with an extra single bed, basic independent kitchen facilities for self catering and access to a shared bathroom. Family friendly. The space We have been completely renovating our bungalow so your room has been refurbished and has its own small kitchen (with hob, fridge, sink, kettle, microwave, toaster) and own access to a sunny, enclosed back garden. Down the hall is a shared family bathroom, although the family have access to another bathroom upstairs also. All linen and basic kitchen supplies are included in the price. We are now also available for longer stays and would be open to having a longer term tenant-style arrangement if we found a suitable tenant. The space would be best suited to someone who works or studies in Edinburgh but whose main residence is elsewhere. We would provide weekly cleaning and change of linens. If interested in this please get in touch to discuss. Guest access Guests will have access to their room, their own kitchen, the sunny back garden and a shared downstairs bathroom. During your stay We are a family of two adults, two teenage children and two lovely lurcher dogs so there is usually someone around. We will welcome guests on arrival and thereafter offer any help or advice we can about good things to see and do locally or further afield. Depending on what we are up to, we may well invite guests along to join us if they are free. Other things to note The space is self-catering but we provide some basic supplies (tea,coffee, basic cereal, milk, orange juice, a few eggs, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper etc.) so guests won't be stuck if they haven't managed to go to a shop or are travelling light.
