The space Located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, it overlooks the street but is silent thanks to the low-emission and anti-noise fixtures available. It can accommodate up to 4 guests: 2 in the double bedroom and 2 in the double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen consists of a 4-seater induction hob, electric oven, moka and coffee maker, kettle and tea, fridge, dishwasher and all useful utensils for preparing meals. The bathroom has a washing machine, hairdryer and large shower. The heating is independent as well as the air conditioning, and both are produced by the two wall split in the apartment. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which will be delivered with high-quality hotel sheets and towels and a set of single-dose bathroom products. Other things to note Check-ins are carried out in person and by appointment starting at 3:00 p.m. to ensure the best cleaning and preparation of the house. If the apartment is ready earlier, early check-in will be possible. After 11:00 p.m. and until 1:30 a.m., it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of €20 to be paid upon arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option upon request. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. to ensure the time needed to clean and prepare the apartment for the next booking. If there are no incoming reservations, late check-out is possible by 1:00 p.m. at no extra cost. If needed, we provide a luggage storage service upon request in our office in the city center.
