La p'tite maison

We are delighted to provide you with our guest house. It's not a cottage. The yard and garden are shared and we can meet there! We are not a hotel service but guests fond of meetings and sharing doing everything for your comfort and well-being. A well-being far from civilization, its noise and its stress. Do not be surprised to cross paths with small living beings who have also chosen this option. The space Nice little house recently restored, located in a small quiet village of Yonne, close to several tourist sites: medieval town of Semur in Auxois, Villages Montreal and Noyers-sur-Serein, Vezelay, Abbey of Fontenay, Abbey of Flavigny, Site of Alésia and its museum etc... This one is also located on the border of Morvan, the green lung of Burgundy, dozens of castles, abbeys, beautiful villages await you. The house consists of: - living room, - bathroom, - kitchen - 1 bedroom upstairs accessible by a narrow, period spiral staircase. It can comfortably accommodate 5 beds . 1 double bed and a single bed upstairs and 1 2-seater sofa bed in the living room. It's a guesthouse and not a gite. The yard and garden are shared and we can meet there! If you would like breakfasts, we will be happy to prepare them for the sum of 7 euros per person, in our large kitchen for a moment of sharing (Tea, coffee, croissant, bread, fruit juice, homemade jams and homemade yogurt) if you wish. To be in harmony with the tranquility of the place, various books and comics are at your disposal. A 42-inch screen is also available to connect your USB key or hard drive. A chrome cast is loaned to you with Netflix, Canal+, Prime, Disney+... we remind you that you are on a private domain and that no other person is allowed to enter it.
