La p'tite maison

We are delighted to make our little guest house available to you. This is not a gîte. The courtyard and garden are shared and we can meet there! We are not a hotel service but hosts fond of meeting and sharing, doing everything possible for your comfort and well-being. Well-being away from civilization, its noise and stress. Don't be surprised to cross paths with small living beings who have also chosen this option. The space Small, pleasant, recently restored house, located in a small, quiet village in the Yonne, close to several tourist sites: medieval town of Semur en Auxois, Villages Montréal and Noyers-sur-Serein, Vezelay, Abbey of Fontenay, Abbey of Flavigny, Alesia Site and its museum park etc... It is also located on the border of Morvan, the green lung of Burgundy, dozens of castles, abbeys, and beautiful villages await you. The house consists of: - living room, - bathroom, - kitchen - 1 bedroom upstairs accessible by a narrow, period spiral staircase. It can comfortably accommodate 5 beds. 1 double bed and one single bed upstairs and 1 sofa bed with 2 seats in the living room. It's a guest house, not a cottage. The courtyard and garden are shared and we can meet there! If you would like breakfast, we will be happy to prepare it for you for the sum of 7 euros per person, in our large kitchen for a moment of sharing (tea, coffee, croissant, bread, fruit juice, homemade jams and homemade yogurt) if you wish. To be in harmony with the tranquility of the place, various books and comics are at your disposal. A 42-inch screen is also available to plug in your USB stick or hard drive. A Chromecast is lent to you with Netflix, Canal+, Prime, Disney+... we remind you that you are on a private estate and that no other person is allowed to enter. Finally, the house is a non-smoking house. We suggest you do a full cleaning before you leave or take a €30 package. Thank you and enjoy!
