The Grace Beach House

Welcome to the Grace Beach House! A charming, brand new two storied villa which offers three rooms with two king sized beds and two single beds and three bathrooms. The villa has a landscaped, lush garden with the palm spotted sandy beach just across the road. Ideal for families with children or friends traveling wanting to explore Sri Lankan culture. We have a house keeper and a chef for your comfort. All the transportation can be arranged with private driver. The space The villa has mainly three bed rooms and the guest can use them and other access areas. DOWNSTAIRS The Orchid room offers twin single beds with a view overlooking the garden together with a private bathroom. The room is air conditioned with Wi-Fi access and safe and offers luxurious bed-linens. UPSTAIRS The Araliya Room is the master bed room of the villa. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with doubled doors opening to the balcony and overlooking the garden and sea together with an ensuite master bathroom. The room is equipped with luxurious bed-linens, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, safe, desk and a drying rack and where you can relax and unwind. The Olu room offers a king-sized bed with luxurious bed-linens, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, safe, drying rack together with a private bathroom. The room has doubled doors opening to a large balcony with a beautiful view.
