So either kick back & relax or have an adventure in Big Bear with your loved ones. The space SPACE OVERVIEW: Inside there is a full kitchen with all essentials and a cozy living room with a pullout sofa. We also provide a washer/dryer, a wood-burning fireplace, garage, and an air hockey table! Step outside to a peaceful patio with relaxing furniture, 5-6 person jacuzzi, a BBQ and fire pit. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee, glass of wine and make S’mores! Additionally, there are EV charging outlets. Be sure to bring your charging cables. Street parking is not permitted. -2 bedrooms + 1.5 bath -Comfortability sleeps 6 -Outdoor patio w/ jacuzzi -1 car garage and 2 car drive way w/ EV charging outlets -1,114 square ft. house THE LIVING ROOM: - 55 inch Smart TV w/ access to streaming services(Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc) Airplay also available. -Wood burning fireplace with fireplace screen. THE KITCHEN: -Clean stove and oven with microwave above. -Clean refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser -Ample space for food prep -All cooking tools and essentials are available for use such as: Spatulas, silverware, pots and pans, baking sheets, wine glasses, glassware, coffee mugs, knife set, plates, bowls, measuring cups, basic condiments available in the fridge, cutting boards, BBQ utensils, smores utensils, oven mittens, kitchen towels and a Keurig. Once you are on E Big Bear Blvd, there is a 1 way light to turn on the Maple Lane, coming from either direction take this road all the way to the top and stop at the address provided! Parking consists of 2 spots in the driveway and 1 spot in the garage. To access the garage parking, please input the code provided to you by us into the front door. Once inside the home, open the first door on your right to enter the garage. There is a garage door clicker on the wall to the right. Other things to note **(PLEASE READ ALL NOTES)** -We are very accommodating and are open to assisting you in any way we can. If you have ANY issues with the home please let us know ASAP. Please do not wait until the reviews to complain about the home if the issues could have been remedied simply by reaching out to us. We are here to help! Thank you! - There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house. THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. Please, if you are going to smoke, vape, please do it out front in the street. - No pets allowed - **Prior to checking out, you MUST pull off sheets of used beds, leave used-towels on top of washer/dryer downstairs, and clean dishes and put back.** -Please whenever leaving the AIRBNB, double check that all doors are locked. To ensure that the front door is locked correctly. Close the door from the outside. Pull the knob towards you while clicking the bottom button on the smart dead bolt. Once you hear the door lock, try opening the door and double check that the door is actually locked. -Prior to checking out, please turn off all fans, lights, and TVs.
