The apartment has a card for unlocking the door as well as a module for electricity. There is a free public parking which guests can use. The building doesn't have an elevator and it's on the 4th floor. Welcome!! The space Luxury DUPLEX 115 square meters apartment is in the center of Budva, 600 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view of the Budva. Apartment is situated about 1.5 km from Mogren Beach and 4 km from Jaz Beach, the most beautiful and cleanest beach in Montenegro. Famous shopping center - TQ Plaza, where guests can find a boutique stores and cosmetic shops are located 250m from the apartment. Aqua park with very interesting activities for children and adults is only 1 km from our apartment. In front of the building is hotel Moscow with perfect restaurant where you can try delicious and traditional specialties, or just sit and drink something. Budva is one of the most famous town on the Balkan and the region with the highest disco club and officially the best disco club in the world "Top Hill " which is far from the apartment only 1 km. Budva is also recognizable by the beautiful sandy beaches and the best nightlife in Europe in summertime. Budva is a town with 20000 peoples who's living during the whole year, but in summer time we have more then 100 000 guests during the season, in the end you everybody can check on pictures of Budva. The building where the apartment is located has an intercom and a large parking area in front of the building. The apartment has a card for unlocking the door as well as a module for electricity. Check in and check out times can be flexible, unless there are guests arriving/departing the same day, in which case check in will be from 15:00h, and check out will be at 09:00h. Tourists are required to pay tourist tax: 1.5euro for adults and children 1euro, for the day. Confirmation of tourist tax is shown at the border when leaving the country.
