Main essentials: fridge, microwave, keurig, toaster, dishes, silverware, condiments and bottled water. Directly off the kitchen is the half bathroom. To the right of the kitchen is a casual dining area. Off the dining room and kiddy corner to the master bedroom is the full bathroom with Stand up shower. Past this, is the master bedroom- queen bed. 12 inch memory foam mattress. There are 3 additional bedrooms; another queen bed and two twin beds. All 12 inch memory foam mattresses. During the warm months there is a window AC unit in the master bedroom which cools the loft down nicely in combination with keeping blinds closed and opening windows at night. In the winter we have an electric fireplace in the master bedroom which keeps it cozy! The living room is large with big bright windows with a view of the downtown street. There is a perfect little table against the window to enjoy your morning coffee or tea . Or Relax on the leather sofa and watch the 50” Smart tv, play games or start a new book! Feel free to relax outside. There are two Adirondack chairs on the patio adjacent to where you parked! 2 parking spots available. Bringing a boat to Two Rivers? We love how close this loft is to everything you’ll need! Coffee, food, gift shops and of course the beach! Less than 1 block from Sepia wedding chapel!
