This beautiful spacious (270 m²) family home with sunny garden is the perfect base for your visit to The Hague and surroundings. The house has a spacious garden with dining table, lounge area and BBQ. Luxury kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, a study and a terrace. Shops, restaurants, museums and parks nearby. You are on the beach and in the center in 10 minutes. 5 bicycles to use. > 4 nights: ​​free parking 1 car >7 nights: free parking 2 cars The space Our sunny and spacious house has 3 floors and is build in 1897. In 2015 its fully renovated to the standards of nowadays. We like traveling, art, nature, comfort, cooking and fun with our family and friends and you will feel that atmosphere in te house. The sunny house has a lounge area, dining area and big open luxury Bulthaup kitchen with doors to the sunny garden, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 balcony facing south. all floors have wooden oak floors. For children there are a lot of toys and 1 longbord. The ground floor has a big living area with a large sofa and television (Netflix), dining tabel with comfortable chairs and a luxurious kitchen with 2 ovens, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a large wooden table and a separate toilet. The music system is Sonos. The second floor has a sunny master bedroom on the back of the house with an Swiss Sense King size bed, a comfortable bathroom with a rain shower and a bath . On the front size off the house you will find the specious library room/study and in the corridor a separate toilet The third floor has 3 bedrooms. Two with a queensize boxspring, and 1 with a 120x210 bed and a large bathroom with a rain shower, bath and separate toilet and balcony on the south. To explore the neighbourhood or just do groceries you will have access to our 4 adult bikes, one child (8-11 years) and 1 longboard. There are also a lot of family and kids games like cars, puzzles, monopoly, backgammon, lego etc. The whole house has fast wifi, Netflix and a Sonos sound system. We can arrange one free parkingspot for you for stays 10+ days. The house is not suitable for groups of friends aged till 30 because of the residential area it's in.
