Brocéliande Gite

This large gite offers you a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, glass cooktop, etc.) and two bedrooms upstairs. Its terrace facing you will allow you to have breakfast and dinner there when the weather is right. The gîte gives you access to an indoor pool open from April 1 to September 15. A schedule allows you to benefit from it privately 1.5 hours/day (rolling hours). The space Large gite of more than 70 m Large living room with south-facing living room and kitchen. Other things to note → The shared swimming pool is open from April 1 to September 15. To meet health constraints and allow everyone to benefit from it peacefully, a planning system has been adopted. The latter offers two private daily time slots of 1h30 to each gîte, with a rolling hours system (schedule in PJ). → The beds are made upon arrival; we do not provide towels, however it is possible to rent them if it suits you, please feel free to ask → cleaning is not included in the proposed rate. If you wish, an end-of-stay cleaning package can be offered at the rate of €30 for short stays (< 3 nights) and €80 beyond (> 4 nights). If you wish to benefit from it, please let us know in advance. → Heating is not included in the rate, if you use it, you will be charged at the end of your stay based on your actual consumption. → the gîte is non-smoking
