Apartment with private terrace and access, near Hamburg

The apartment Piepmatz is located in the basement of our family house in green Ahrensburg right outside the gates of Hamburg and has a separate entrance. All rooms are used solely by our guests. This includes the large and sunny terrace. This adjoins our private, well-kept garden. The terrace invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings and sunbathe. Thanks to the southwestern orientation, it is sunny here from early noon to evening. The space The terrace can be reached via a staircase with three steps. This is partly covered and equipped with a large dining table and comfortable chairs (with adjustable backrest). The apartment and the house entrance door are located in the basement and can be reached via a straight staircase with eight steps. In the bright hallway is the wardrobe. The cozy living and dining room is modernly furnished, newly renovated and equipped with a comfortable corner sofa, which can be pulled out as a sofa bed. In addition, the wingback chair is inviting for relaxation. There is a flat-screen TV on the spacious dresser. This is of course equipped with an HDMI connection, so that you can connect your Fire TV Stick, for example, to be able to watch your movies or series relaxed, just like at home. For this, Wi-Fi access with sufficient speed is available to you. (If this was not available in vacation rentals booked by us, we always particularly missed it ;-) In the dining area there is a pull-out table as well as a cozy bench and two chairs. The directly adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with a ceramic hob including four plates, an extractor hood, a sink, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee maker. The bathroom can be reached via the kitchen. Here you can enjoy a nice shower in the XXL shower cabin with a rain shower head, relaxed lighting and underfloor heating. The bedroom is adjacent to the living room. Cozy and brightly furnished, the comfortable bed with cozy flannel bedding invites you to relax and dream. A wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. Additional space is provided by the chest of drawers in the living room. All windows can be completely darkened thanks to the external blinds. Wi-Fi and a grill are of course also provided Other things to note Our apartment is cleaned for you by a professional cleaning company and the contact surfaces are disinfected so that you feel completely comfortable and safe.
