The room is close to the bathroom, kitchen / dining, the sun drenched deck / outdoors and entry to the house. Guest access You have access to all area's in the house, as well as the games room / lounge in the double garage, where there is table tennis and a dart board. Other things to note This is a family home occupied by myself and my two daughters as well as 1 cat. We are all very chilled out and respectful of each others space. It is a spacious house with plenty of area's to choose from to chill, relax and enjoy.
