Close to river and canal trails, center city, on a quiet dead end street. The room shares a bath with the host. This shared bath listing is not private enough for honeymoon type trips. I look forward to welcoming solo adventurers and business travelers. The space This house is a 1930's three -bedroom colonial with porch and gardens. The home is being slowly and carefully renovated. The home is heated with steam radiators and is great for those with allergies like me. I can make your room chemical free if you have sensitivity. All laundry and room cleaners are natural, homemade, or fragrance free. The water is an on demand hot water system. Guest access This room currently has a double bed with a new Zinnus tea tree infused memory foam mattress. The bathroom is shared with the host. You have a closet, desk and chair. Access to kitchen for light meal preparation and storage. You are welcome to relax in the living room, front porch or backyard gardens. Small dogs welcome, crate and supplies available. Currently, there is no dog living here. This room is only available for short term guests. Message me first for monthly and long-term booking availability- grad students welcome in Nest Loft Listing. During your stay I welcome guests in person, since this is a house share bed and breakfast. I'll prepare coffee and tea and put out a light breakfast of fruit, toast and cereal. Other things to note The dog passed away so there are no pets living here now. There are ring cameras on the OUTSIDE of the house at the front and side entrances.
