Villetta Boscotagliato is a cozy and comfortable house near the sea in Marina di Cinisi and near the Palermo-Trapani motorway, an ideal base for a holiday of pure relaxation and exploring the incredible beauties of the northern and western coast of Sicily. The house is equipped with all the comforts, ideal for families and small groups. The space Villetta Boscotagliato is a delightful house surrounded by nature, near the sea of Marina di Cinisi. From the gate you go along a nice path of olive trees which leads you to the house. The strengths of Villetta Boscotagliato are the large garden and the three terraces of the house: once shaded by the fronds of the trees where there is the barbecue and the table for lunch with benches and chairs; a covered terrace furnished with sofas and tables from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the olive grove and the sea; the solarium furnished with chaise-longue and parasols for sunbathing. Inside the house consists of a living room with fireplace and access to the covered sea view terrace and a dining room furnished in the typical Sicilian style, the built-in kitchen with access to the terrace with table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with a sea view window and a bathroom with a private shower, another double bedroom and a third bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower. An external staircase leads to an independent annex, where there is a bedroom (double or twin on request) ensuite (bathroom with shower). Near the depandance there is the entrance to the sea view solarium. Behind the property there is a small grove that with its rich Mediterranean vegetation that ensures cool air on hot summer days.
