Rosalie Waters Mountain Hideaway

Our cottage accommodates 4 people. There is a comfortable lounge room, equipped with sofa bed and television and a separate bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a verandah to sit on at the table and chairs to take in the mountain air. The cottage has a bathroom and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette is complete with bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and tea and coffee facilities. All crockery and cutlery as well. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. The space The cottages are set on a large property which was previously a school camp. Our family bought the property to move our honey packing business, BUSH HONEY, which required more space. It was a much added bonus to have these cottages to share with people. We are lucky enough to have the local wildlife come for a visit also. Ocean View is home to Red-necked wallabies and they are often grazing around the cottages. As we run a functioning business within the property, we ask that visitors please stay within the vicinity of your cottage. However, you can purchase our Bush Honey here, with an honesty basket within the cottages. Honey is a perfect gift for anyone! Or for yourself as a momento of where you stayed. Come and stay with us. Great for couples on a country drive or attending a wedding in the area. Guest access Guests can only access the immediate area around their cottage as we also run a business within the property. Other things to note We are only 10 minutes from Dayboro and a short drive to the Sunshine Coast regions. There are National parks near by for those who like a bushwalk and local restaurants for a great meal out. Dayboro and Mt Mee have a market the first Sunday of each month except January.
