Southbank Spacious 1br -Spa/Gym/Pool/Sauna/Carpark

Spacious 1 bedroom Southbank apartment with balcony. Separate bedroom with queen bed, & fold out couch in living room. WiFi, tea/coffee, snacks & toiletries provided. Fully equipped kitchen & laundry. A/C & heating. Free car park. Meet & greet on arrival. Check in after 4pm, check out 10am. Gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, BBQ area, tennis court (racquets & balls provided). Opposite Melbourne Square with supermarket, bottle shop and cafe. No pets/parties No Netflix, but over 60 movies. The space This is a nice spacious 1 bedroom apartment, compared to the shoeboxes in all of the newer apartment buildings. The fold out couch is a double size mattress but I wouldn't imagine it would be a comfortable sleep for 2 people. Better for 1, or I believe the couch is probably more comfortable to sleep on as it is, rather than folding it out. I wouldn't recommend utilising the couch as a long term 2nd bed. The apartment is on the 5th floor and looks down on/in the 4th floor facilities. Guest access Guests have access to: ★24 hour Concierge ★Fully equipped Gym ★Indoor Pool ★Jacuzzi ★Sauna ★Tennis Court ★BBQ area ★Free car park Other things to note Southbank is full of apartment buildings, and like most apartments here, other apartments are able to see in to the apartment if the blinds are open. Being in the middle of a large city, you are able to hear traffic if the balcony door or bedroom window is open. No issues if they are closed, however you may still hear sirens. It's the middle of a large City, please don't expect it to be silent. The building/apartment was built in 2003, so please do not expect the apartment to look brand new. In saying that, it is still in great condition. This is a residential building, not a holiday resort. Please don't treat it as such, and show respect for the apartment/building/facilities, and long term residents. If you wish to party, this is not the place for you, there are plenty of hotels around for that. We are very close with Concierge/Building Management, and they have let us know on a couple of occasions of multiple people and loud music in the apartment late at night. We will have no hesitation in removing guests immediately in that instance. We have lived in this building (and still do) for 13 years. We have very good relationships with the Concierge and fellow residents so we will not tolerate anyone putting that at risk. In saying that, we are very normal down to earth people. We understand people come to have fun, and we are all for fun! Just please respect the apartment and the neighbours.
