The Zen Da Côté Gîte in Bourgheim is 5 minutes from Obernai at the foot of Mont St Odile, halfway between Colmar and Strasbourg (free highway 2 km away) 31 km from Europa Park and Rulantica, 2 km from the Fortwenger Gingerbread Museum and Lips Gingerbread Museum. The Gîte is an ideal base from which to visit many Christmas markets in Obernai, Colmar, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, Strasbourg, etc. Guests can enjoy our garden and swimming pool in summer. The space The 46 m2 gîte has pool and garden access (only in summer and depending on the weather, we are not in control of the weather😅, the pool is not heated) to share with the owners. It is located on the 1 st floor, accessed by a staircase in a quiet environment at the end of a cul-de-sac in the middle of a green setting and vineyards. Other things to note Property composition: A large 17 m2 bedroom with a large 160 X 200 double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, sitting area with small table and 2 armchairs, an extra sofa bed (BZ) 140 X 190 that can accommodate two additional people (children). A second 12 m2 bedroom adaptable according to your needs: Either a TV area with sofa, closet. Either a bedroom with two single beds (can be pushed together to make a double bed of 160 X 200), 80 cm connected TV, Internet, small table, wardrobe. A 12 m2 equipped kitchen with table, chairs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, hood, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, USB socket/charging column as well as all the necessary dishes. In summer, at the back of the cottage, there is a garden and swimming pool to share with the owners at the following times: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. (Monday to Sunday). Important features: Access to the swimming pool and garden at the back of the cottage only in summer. The pool is not heated. This garden and swimming pool area is to be shared with the owners (please respect the following times for swimming 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.). Children are under the responsibility of parents and are not allowed to access the garden and pool alone.
