The space Located 40 mins from the airport, Plash Farm is spread over 4 acres of pristine landscape and enable guest to appreciate the flora-fauna and natural beauty of Udaipur in a relaxed and customized setting. Staying within a working farm surrounded by various farm animals and orchid of fruit trees, provide guest a unique and unforgettable experience. After a hectic day of visiting the city, you will be glad to take a dip in the refreshing pool or stroll within the farm or have a drink on the large patio to unwind and appreciate the natural beauty. We have full time staff to make your stay comfortable and safe. We have a fully equipped kitchen if guests want to cook their meals or fresh delicious meals prepared with organic food is delivered by chef with advance notice. It is a single Villa built as a weekend gateway for the family that is now being hosted on AirBnb. The Villa is beautifully built utilizing local materials and craftsmen and blends into the original landscape. On ground floor is a large Living room connected with Dining Area and open Kitchen. The living room sofa gets converted to a king size bed and there is an additional diwan (sofa-bed). There is a full bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a one large master bedroom with king size bed and a connected children's room with bunk beds. Both upstairs bedrooms share a common full bathroom. Beautiful views of lake, mountain and farm from all rooms and bathrooms. The ground floor opens up to a spacious Patio with Pool on one side and garden on the other side. There is no disturbance or interference from anyone as we have a single villa on the farm. Guest access The Villa is situated on a 4 Acre organic farmhouse next to a lake. Guests have full access to the Villa, Outdoor Patio, Barbecue Area, Infinity Swimming Pool, Children's Play Area with swings and slides. There is a large Garden. There are well laid paths around the property for guest to enjoy the place and also hiking trails for longer walks and adventure. Other things to note Please read thru all the below necessary information prior to booking, to avoid any surprises!! The last 1 km of road is not well paved and there are no sign boards to the villa. You will need to call the caretaker for help with directions. Also, the property is located in a rural setting 30 mins away from the city and there is no public transport. The Villa is part of a working farm that has multiple farm animals (chicken, rabbits, ducks, goats) and a large dog. Guests are welcome to interact with the animals under supervision of our caretakers. Guests are encouraged to explore the farm and try out the seasonal organic fruits, vegetables, eggs, and chicken that are raised at the farm, but it need to be discussed beforehand with the caretaker. Check-in time is after 2 pm and checkout time is at 11 am. We are flexible on this provided if other bookings are not there and it needs to be discussed before-hand with the host. The cost for the villa does not include any meals. We have a completely equipped kitchen and you are welcome to use it. Basic kitchen appliances such as microwave, toaster, refrigerator and stove are available. Kitchen is stocked with regular condiments and tea & coffee. Our care takers can help you procure basic groceries from the village shop. However, if you need anything specific then it’s best that you bring it along with you. We have a tie up with a home chef that lives close to the property. She makes delicious home cooked meals at a reasonable price and in accordance with your dietary requirements. We advise you to discuss before-hand your meal plans directly with her with a 24 hrs advance notice. Swiggy and Zomato also provide limited options with a delivery time of about 60-90 mins. You can enjoy your drinks on the patio and garden area. However, smoking is not permitted inside the house and no smoking or drinking inside the pool for safety reasons. The housekeeping person is available at the farm and will come twice a day to the Villa - between 9 am to 12 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm. Fresh towels, bed sheets & blankets shall be provided upon arrival and shall be replaced every third day. Addn'l charges may be applied if you wish to change linens in between your short visit. Washing machine is available and laundry charges are Rs 500 per load for upto 4 kgs. The wifi is 4G and there is TV with streaming services. There is pressure pump and solar water heaters. Air condition is installed in the Master bedroom and Living Room, but at times the power quality is not good to run both air conditions simultaneously. We do have air coolers as back-up for Living room and one in children's room. There are random power cuts in the village, especially during summer months and monsoon. However, we have battery power-pack to run the basic lights and fans at all times. Generator charges are Rs 100 per hour (on request of guest) during blackouts. Please note: We DO NOT permit visiting guests on the property. Only guests who are beforehand added to the booking shall be permitted inside the property.
