Safe walking distance to the best restaurants, cafes, resorts, and nightlife Siargao Island has to offer. We are 1 min walk (across the road) from the consistent and uncrowded Pesangan (Cemetery) surf spot and white sandy beach. 5 minute ride to Cloud 9 surfing area. Secure property with yard, gate and fence. Long stay OK. Other things to note Tourism Road General Luna (GL) is home to more than 80 Resorts, Restaurants, Bars and Shops. This road and surrounding restaurants can get a bit noisy, so we suggest putting on the air-con, closing all windows and sliding doors at night to get a good nights sleep. Brownouts (i.e power outages) are common on Siargao Island and we do not offer any refunds for power outages. There is a standard 400php cleaning fee on departure. If guests would like any laundry done during their stay (including bed sheets, clothing etc...), this is not included and will be at the expense of the guests. Our caretaker does offer a laundry service to our guests for a small fee.
