Cosy City Stay :)

The apartment is located in a calm city area. It is situated on the 5th floor of an old condominium building and that is why it requires "peacefully and quiet" guests. It is close to the sea (approx. 800m), to the city center (approx. 1km), to the barr, grocery, bus station and our biggest Istrian shopping mall (approx. 800m). It is not new but is cosy for urban and fast travelers. Welcome to my place and to our nice town :). Cheers! The space The app has OLDER furniture, a small kitchen, bathroom and a room with two separate beds. It has a nice and cosy small balcony as well. It is situated on the5th floor of a condominium building, has NO elevator. It requires CALM and not very loud guests because of it's position and because of the respect for other people living there. There is one couch for sleeping as well, but I strongly recommend 2 persons only :). Other things to note The parking lot is next to the building (for the persons living there), and you should always be able to find your own parking space, but it is NOT exclusively reserved for your stay. The app size is 30 m2 with balcony. It is an old apartment in an old building. Please be aware of it! But I would still say it has a very good vibe :)and you are very welcome to our place :)).
