We have high expectations for cleanliness and ask that you treat our home with care. Please leave it in excellent condition, as we strive to provide a welcoming environment for all our guests. *There is ongoing construction in the development next to us. Guest access You have access to the entire daylight basement and the back porch. (For safety reasons, please keep your kids off of the trampoline.) High speed internet connection.......100 mbps The bedroom has a full closet with hangers, ironing board and iron. The bathroom has a shower/tub configuration sink and hair dryer and towels. There are also some toiletries in case you forgot some. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware, a fridge and freezer, a full stove, pots, and dining table with chairs. In the living room area , you can watch the Smart TV programming. We are home most of the day and my kids and I are in the yard playing or working. We're not crazy or loud but the kids do run around out there. It is my basement where some storage and utility rooms are located. On very rare occasions, I may need to access them. I will provide an hours notice and find a time that is convenient for you. Other things to note Please Note!!! We live upstairs and sometimes you can hear us. Most of the time my kids are at school or we're out, but there can be times, like some weekend days or early evenings, where you can hear my kids run around or cry. Maybe you'll hear me holler "Get down from there" or "Please stop hitting your brother". Usually they are good and it's quiet, but they are kids and can have their moments of cartwheels or crying. We go to bed early though and get up around 7 a.m., so normally you'll only hear crickets after 8:30 pm. Please Also Note!!! Your entrance is a walkout daylight basement in the back of the house. To get there you have to walk DOWN a grassy slope. That may be difficult to someone of advanced age. Also, we are located in Northern Utah where from Dec-Feb, there can be snow. It may be grassy or it may be snowy, but please be aware that you may have to walk up hill in the snow to get to your car. I do my best to maintain a pathway, and usually have it shoveled by 7:30 a.m., but I can't guarantee perfection. The listing allows up to 4 people. As noted above, there is a queen bed, a full pullout couch bed and a twin floor mattress. If you are booking 4 adults, be aware that the pullout bed and the floor mattress may not be super comfortable for adults to sleep on like the comfy queen mattress in the bedroom.
