Our B&B is located in a residential area with gardens and parks around (in Monte Mario Park). Not far from the city center you can enjoy silence and relax in a charming and warm atmosphere. Very close (a few minutes by car) to the Auditorium Music Hall, the Maxxi National Museum of Art, the Olympic and Flaminio Stadium, Tennis Centre Foro Italico (International Tennis Opening), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Farnesina), Policlinico Gemelli and Caserma Salvo d' Acquisto in Via Tor di Quinto. The space The apartment has been restructured, using only natural paints. Each room, with private bath, has a different style and character, very quiet and comfortable. In each room there is a water-heater with a variety of teas and herbal teas and inside the closet there is a little fridge. During warm and hot weather for our guests there is a big terrace where we offer our special breakfast. While in cold weather we serve breakfast in our living room. During your stay We are completely available for our guests for hints and anything they may need. Other things to note Touristic tax is included For the guests who choose to have breakfast we serve our gspecial Organic breakfast. Upon request and for those who have food allergies we can offer: - alternative dairy milks such as: Soya, oat, rice, spelt, kamut and almond - different wheat products such as: Kamut, spelt, different wheats with seeds and cereals with or without yeast. - Gluten free products approved by AIC association (Associazione Italiana Celiachia) such as bread, biscuits, crepes made with buckwheat, millet and rise wheat, fresh homemade juices and many other things. - vegan and vegetarian organic products. Upon request, there is a pick up service from/to airports (€60 per ride max 4 pax) and stations Tiburtina and Termini (€25/30 per ride max 4 pax), €10 extra for night/early morning rides, from 10.00pm to 7.00am.
