Sip your morning coffee or an afternoon wine while taking in all the action below. In the living room, relax on the sofa with TV and Wi-Fi, catering to all your entertainment needs. There is a six-person dining table where you can sit down to a shared meal at home, or use as a dedicated workspace. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and all your cooking utensils. In the evenings, retreat to two comfortable bedrooms. The master frames sensational city views and is fitted with a luxurious king-sized bed, wardrobe space for your belongings and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two king single beds, perfect for those travelling with kids or in a group. For your comfort, air conditioning is provided in the living room. Please note that bedrooms do not have AC units. Both the ensuite and main bathroom are stylishly appointed with a shower, toilet and mirrored vanity, and stocked with complimentary boutique toiletries for your stay. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of internal laundry facilities including a combination washing machine and dryer, drying rack and iron. The apartment comes with free parking on premise—a rarity in this area. Note: The sofa bed is not set up unless requested. Please let us know immediately upon booking if you will need it, as an additional fee applies for extra linens and setup. Thank you. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself and access to the shared pool and gym. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. We are no longer able to provide lockbox access due to new council rules. Our greeting service will get in-touch after you book to arrange key handover. *Please note, there is an additional fee of $30 after 9pm for key handovers* If you are running late to meet our greet person please let us know asap. We will need to charge $20 per hour for late arrival to meet our greet person. There is a sofa bed in the living room for the 5th-6th guests. Please advise if you need us to prepare the linen.
