Holidays under the pine trees - apartment

Karst house - apartment is located in the village of Nova vas. Typical karst countryside offers relax and sport activities in the nature, great cycling and hiking routes. Vacation for families and for those who wants to explore nature and history. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice. The space The apartment is in the first floor so you must climb stairs. The apartment is optimal for 6 persons. Additionally there is a sofa bed in the common area for 2 persons. You can also combine with separate bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor in the back of the house, for 2 persons. Space is divided in two parts with separate entrances but in the same balcony. It is suitable also for two families or larger group of people. First part of appartment offers fully equiped kitchen with fridge, oven and dishwasher, living room with sofa which can be extended into bed , room with comfort double-bed and one single bed and bathroom. Second part of apartment offers a room with one double bed, cabinet with french bed (140 cm wide) and bathroom. We usually prepare the first half of the apartment for one couple. For a better feeling of open space, there is another bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom and an outdoor kitchen and grill. Guests get towels and bedding. Guests also can use outdoor kitchen, grill and picnick place. Pets are not desirable. Airconditional and heating is in apartment. Wifi is free. Guest access Parking is provided in the yard. Other things to note We rent to guests an apartment on the first floor and a small apartment with outdoor kitchen on the ground floor. We live on the ground floor with a separate entrance, away from the stairs of the apartment.
