In the heart of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park is Las Presillas Bajas, a charming little town in a spectacular setting. Surrounded by untouched nature. Between volcanoes and the sea, it invites you to relax. Our apartment is brand new and built with natural materials such as slate, marble and wood. It is 75m2, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. An inner courtyard and a small "porch". The apartment has a separate entrance. The space In one bedroom there is a double bed with access to a patio and in the other bedroom there are 2 single beds with windows to the patio. The living/dining room is a spacious and open space with a large window, a sofa bed, a Smart TV and air conditioning. At the entrance there is a small porch with a small table and chairs where you can enjoy the sun or read a book, surrounded by a large planter. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Guest access Smart TV, Air Conditioning and good Wi-Fi Other things to note The apartment is in a very quiet area, in an ideal location to visit all the beaches and towns of Cabo de Gata.
