In the heart of the Cabo de Gata natural park is Las Presillas Bajas, a charming little town in a spectacular setting. Surrounded by untouched nature. Between volcanoes and the sea invites you to rest. Our apartment is totally new and built with natural materials such as slate, marble and wood. It is 75m2, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. An inner courtyard and a small "porch". The apartment has a separate entrance. The space In one bedroom there is a double bed with exit to a patio and in the other domitorio there are 2 single beds with windows on the patio. The living/ dining room is a spacious and open space with a large window, a sofa bed , a Smart TV and AC. In the entrance there is a small porch with a small table and chairs where you can enjoy the sun or read a book, surrounded by a large planter. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Guest access Smart TV, Air conditioned and good Wi-Fi Other things to note The apartment is in a very quiet area, in an ideal enclave to resort to all the beaches and towns of Cabo de Gata.
