A modern, spacious 2-room apartment with 54 m² of living space, with a separate entrance and a cozy terrace with an electric awning awaits you. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge-freezer, 4-burner ceramic stovetop with oven and dishwasher. In the bathroom you will find a floor-level rain shower. For your relaxation, you are welcome to use the two smart TVs or the Wi-Fi connection. Guest access The separate entrance gives you 24-hour access to the apartment. This 2-room apartment is separated from the rest of the house by a door. This gives you your own privacy and you can completely relax. Other things to note Only people who have been previously registered and booked may stay in the apartment. Visitors are allowed by arrangement. Quiet hours apply from 10 p.m. Please be considerate. Children and infants are welcome to stay with us by arrangement. Please note that we do not provide baby equipment such as a high chair or crib. Safety notice: In our garden, there is a pond with koi fish. Therefore, please supervise your children at all times, especially near the pond.
