Charming castle-like home is full of character. This 1930's home has many original features with modern updates. Located in the center of desirable Riverside neighborhood, close to everything making it easy to plan your visit. The river, parks, and frisbee golf are just steps away. Local dining and coffee is available within walking distance in the neighborhood. This home is cozy and unique. The main floor includes; living room (with sofa bed), dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom with a full size bed. On the second level (8 steps up) There is a single bedroom that includes a Queen size bed! From the main floor towards the back of the house (down a few steps) there is a door to the fully fenced back yard as well as a entry way to an additional recreational room with the washer and dryer! PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted. We can't wait to host you! Guest access Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Other things to note We allow pets to stay on the property under a few conditions as listed in the house rules. All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided.
