Independent cottage "Chez Santia"

Karine, Fabrice, and Lola (14 years old) welcome you all year round in their 27 m² cottage, completely renovated in the fall of 2018. In a cul-de-sac near the Sauldre, a stone's throw from the village, this small independent farmhouse will be a very pleasant place to stay for a couple, a family with children, friends traveling together or for one or more professionals on a mission in the region. "Chez Santia" is ideal for 2 people but possible for 4. The space The "Chez Santia" gîte consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, induction stove, microwave, mini-oven, pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), bedroom area with a 160 x 190 bed (designed to be separated into 2 80 x 190 beds on request), bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet and closet (ironing equipment). Through the living room's French window, you will have access to a terrace equipped with a small garden furniture and you can admire the view of the Sauldre. It will also be possible to enjoy Karine and Fabrice's enclosed garden, with games for children (slide, swing, trampoline, etc.), a chicken coop and a small vegetable garden in season. You will be able to see the family's two cats, Haribo and Flash. Breakfast is not included. However, coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, and butter (in individual portions) will be available in the kitchen area. The bakery and grocery store are a 2-minute walk from the cottage. The "Chez Santia" cottage, due to its proximity to the Sauldre, is surrounded by ducks, two faithful geese, herons… and our cats and chickens. This is why we accept animals as long as their presence is compatible with the environment Karine and Fabrice provide you with free baby equipment (a baby bed, a high chair, a potty, a toilet seat reducer), a board game trunk, a barbecue, a raclette grill, a stone grill, bicycles (2 men's mountain bikes, 1 women's mountain bike, 1 child's mountain bike), and on request, you can have access to a locked garage, for your hunting, horseback riding or motorcycle or bicycle gear. In the kitchen you will find the essentials for cooking (salt-pepper-oil-vinegar) as well as dishwashing liquid and hand soap. In the bathroom, shower gel and shampoo are at your disposal. Cleaning is included at the end of the rental, but you will find a vacuum cleaner, broom and cleaning products if you wish to maintain the cottage during your stay.
