The space Campo FIORI GRAND FLAT 5 is a spacious and comfortable apartment of about 60 sqm. newly renovated beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Camp OF ' fiori square a short walk from the Tiber, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the major points of historical monuments of Rome Center. On the third floor of a historic Building in via dei Balestrari, the apartment will fascinate you for the intrinsic spatial data for the great feeling romantic connotations with high ceilings with wooden beams on the ceilings and to the fine location in the heart of Rome's historic Rule where you can breathe the Roman atmosphere that every day is manifested in the Campo de ' fiori market one of the most famous squares in the world. Guest access In this apartment you will have at your disposal an equipped kitchen for cooking, refrigerator, tv, independent heating, ceiling fans, free unlimited wi-fi connection, hair dryer, bed linen, towels, city maps. Other things to note The tourist tax required to stay in the City of Rome, (Euro 3,50 per person per day), are to be paid in cash at check-in. Check in is from 14.00 to 20.00 to be agreed. After 20.00, on guest's request, with the agreement and availability of host, is possible check in with an additional cost depending on the time of arrival, to pay immediately at arrival, as indicated below: from 20.00 to 21.00 euro 20; from 21.00 to 22.00 euro 30; from 22.00 to 24.00 euro 50; from 24.00 to 02.00 euro 100. Check-out is a rule set by 10:00. It is absolutely impossible to leave the apartment without having first carried out the inspection with the property and having ascertained the state of the apartment. In any case, in order to ensure the efficiency of the reception service, guests are asked to confirm their arrival the previous day, and at least three hours before the actual time (e.g.: from the train station or airport) via WhatApp or email (no international call). Upon request, we offer transfer services and organization of tour guides for which we require an additional payment to be agreed not included in the total.
