There is a full kitchen with oven, microwave, induction cooktop and fridge, with plenty of kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. The kitchen incorporates a dining area, 2 seater couch and TV. The sleeping area has a brand new King Koil queen size bed with quality linen and plenty of storage space for clothes. The private ensuite bathroom has a roomy shower with Methven shower head, quality fittings and towels and a heated towel rack to keep your towels fresh. Shampoo, shower gel and washing powder are also supplied. The bathroom also contains a Bosch front loading washing machine, and ironing board. There is a small private clothesline outside and a BBQ. You are free to enjoy seasonal herbs that grow in our garden. There are some external shared garden spaces.
