Free parking is available on the street. 15 minutes from the airport. The space The private studio for guests is separate to the main house where the owner lives. The studio is brand new. There is a full kitchen with oven, microwave, induction cooktop and fridge, with plenty of kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. The kitchen incorporates a dining area, 2 seater couch and TV. The sleeping area has a brand new King Koil queen size bed with quality linen and plenty of storage space for clothes. The private ensuite bathroom has a roomy shower with Methven shower head, quality fittings and towels and a heated towel rack to keep your towels fresh. Shampoo, shower gel and washing powder are also supplied. The bathroom also contains a Bosch front loading washing machine, and ironing board. There is a small private clothesline outside and a BBQ. You are free to enjoy seasonal herbs that grow in our garden. There are some external shared garden spaces.
