Spacious apartment in the city centre. Location is perfect as all the services (shopping mall, Korundi, Arktikum, swimming pool, bus stop to Santas Village, restaurants and bars) are within a few minutes walk. The space The apartment is on the first floor. It's little bit elevated, so it's not a ground floor. There is no elevator in the building. Other things to note To make the stay of our guests comfortable and safe, we always: 1. use pillow and mattress protectors; 2. wash baby bed linens for baby cot with a special detergent (MiniRisk) separately from other bed linen; 3. iron bedding and towels after washing with a steam iron; 4. change the bath mat after each guest; 5. use blackout curtains in the bedroom and living room during the summer; 6. decorate the apartment for Christmas.
