Charming country house, nestled in a lush, green olive grove and citrus orchard, where you can breathe in the scent of fruit trees and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, located 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Capo San Marco and Maragani (Top Coste Italiane 2016) and from the historic center of Sciacca. It is rented for a minimum of one week . Variable price based on time and number of guests. 4 beds (1 double + 2 singles) + sofa bed. The space The house, furnished, whitewashed, painted, and equipped with window screens, consists of the following rooms: a large kitchen-living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. If needed, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed for two additional guests (6 in total). The house is nestled in an organic olive grove and citrus grove. On the front of the house there is a flowering garden with fruit trees, lemons and a vine pergola. Guest access The house is a private property, surrounded by lush, green countryside, and guests have it to themselves. From the state road is accessed through a private dirt road. A car is recommended. Other things to note The amenities offered include: water, electricity, gas, a courtesy kit (bath towels, toiletries, hairdryer), a barbecue, and the option to bring pets (not inside the house).
