Welcome to Villa Melani on the quiet bay of Gera on Lesvos island. Lie among the silver olive trees as they sway gently in the Aegean breeze. Protected from the Northerly winds, the bay offers still, warm waters that reflect the golden afternoon sun as it sets over rolling hills in the distance. As you slide open the floor to ceiling glass doors you’re greeted by a canopy of shady mulberry trees over a seating area where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. The space Villa Melani’s ground level unit, is a spacious two bedroom ensemble designed by award-winning architectural firm AGARCH +. All of the furniture is hand-crafted with all natural, local woods and other materials. The full kitchen is stocked with a variety of soft drinks and alcohol. Included with every booking is a gift-bag of spirits produced by local distillery EVA. Drink them or take them with you to share the spirit and aroma of Lesvos with friends back home. Other things to note Just beyond is a well-groomed olive grove with plenty of space and shade for children to play and explore.
