A bedroom and a private bathroom in a beautiful cozy apartment on the 6th and top floor, with huge terrace and magnificent lake views, in the heart of Lausanne and close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, CHUV, opera, for a period of 1 to 3 months maximum. Ideal if you arrive in Lausanne while waiting to visit apartments or for a temporary stay. I will be happy to host you at my home and make you feel at home! The space Beautiful rooftop apartment, with elevator arriving directly in the apartment and 36 m² terrace! This is my home and I will also be there during your stay, as well as Octave, a whippet dog. You will be welcomed as a friend that you will surely become! Very well equipped, bed and bath linen provided, there is everything you need to cook, and even a Jacuzzi, a piano and a video projector in the living room! In the city center, you will have access to all the shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment in addition to your bedroom, except my office, my bedroom and my bathroom. There is a communal laundry room available 24/7 in the basement. During your stay I will be there to welcome you and to explain everything you need to know and advise you on activities and visits to do. I work from home in my office. I do a lot of activities the rest of the time (sailing, tennis, hiking, skiing, swing dancing!). I love cooking and sharing a good meal prepared together for moments of conviviality. Passionate about classical music and opera, there is a tuned piano available. Ideal for opera singers coming to Lausanne for rehearsals and performances of an opera for a few weeks! Other things to note Beware of allergies or people who don't like animals! An adorable and very calm dog (whippet) also lives in the apartment as well as 2 cats! No private parking. Paid street parking (max 2 hours) or covered parking nearby (Mon Repos) by weekly or monthly subscription.
